Warranty Information for Mercury Components: Mercury Air, Incorporated, hereinafter "Seller," units are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage for a period of two years, from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any part or component which has been abused as a result of poor maintenance, installation or neglect. Any part which is determined by "Seller" to be defective in material or workmanship and returned to "Seller," shipping costs prepaid, will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced by "Seller's" option, not including any and all labor costs. No parts, components or complete units shall be returned to "Seller" without "Seller's" prior written authorization. This limited warranty gives purchaser specific legal rights, which vary from state to state. This limited warranty applies only to (A) the original purchaser, who acquired the parts or unit from the "Seller" or it's agent. This limited warranty shall not apply if (B) the equipment is not installed by a licensed and qualified heater contractor in accordance with "Seller's" installation instructions, or, (C) the equipment is not installed in accordance with all Local, State and/or Federal laws or regulations, or, (D) the equipment has been altered in any way, from it's original factory configuration. To the extent allowable under law, "Seller's" liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. "Seller's" liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the original purchase price. In the event of a dispute, the controversy will be adjudicated in the competent Court of San Bernardino County, State of California. |
