All units come with a full 2-year warranty on parts. The E.T.L.-listed Mercury Air Makeup systems are designed specifically for spray-booth applications. We offer 1.0 Million, 1.5 Million, 2.2 Million, 2.6 Million and 3.0 Million BTU units. All of our units are constructed of 10- and 18-gauge galvanized steel, and assembled with 1/4-3/8 nuts and bolts. The exterior surfaces are Powder Coated, resulting in a 'porcelain-like' finish, which makes them ideal for outdoor as well as indoor installations. Each unit comes with a 2-stage Digital Control panel with a Magnahelic pressure gauge, Purge cycle, Bake cycle and Cool Down cycle timers with status lights. A motorized Discharge Damper, motorized Burner Profile Plate, and a Variable-pitched pulley on the blower motor are also included. The Mercury heater ducting and electronics will tie directly into any spray-booth allowing for complete control of the system.
